The annual distribution from the Michael and Agnes Graham Endowment helps to meet the needs of the poor at St. Benedict Church in Roundup and in the wider Roundup community.

The Michael and Agnes Graham Endowment was created in 2022 by their daughter, Florence Faechner, in order to honor the spirit of generosity so often displayed by her parents toward the poor in Roundup. Florence’s parents taught their children that if you saw anyone in need, you helped them out. While Michael and Agnes had a hard life, and were by no means wealthy, they always took pity on those less fortunate than themselves. Because of the Great Depression, they had many opportunities to do so during Florence’s childhood.

Planned Giving
Your support of permanent endowments at the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana can qualify you for unique tax and/or lifetime income benefits (especially the hefty 40% Montana Endowment Tax Credit) through what we call “planned gifts.”
Establish a Named (Legacy) Endowment
Donors may create a Named (Legacy) Endowment benefiting the Catholic parish, school, or ministry of their choice. All that’s required to start is a gift of $20,000 or more (or a pledge of $20,000 or more, given within five years of creating the endowment).
