Wm. “Bill” Belinski created the Bill and Lori Belinski Family Endowment after the passing of his wife, Lori, to forever benefit the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Billings. When they first visited St. Vincent de Paul years ago, the Belinskis were touched with how generously those in need were provided with food, clothing, shelter, and more. The greatest need is the most basic, yet the most important of all: being respected, loved, and valued as a human being and a child of God. After serving the organization as volunteers in many capacities, Bill and Lori realized that offering a spiritual foundation to those whose lives are broken is the true ministry of St. Vincent de Paul, something they wanted to forever support.

Planned Giving
Your support of permanent endowments at the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana can qualify you for unique tax and/or lifetime income benefits (especially the hefty 40% Montana Endowment Tax Credit) through what we call “planned gifts.”
Establish a Named (Legacy) Endowment
Donors may create a Named (Legacy) Endowment benefiting the Catholic parish, school, or ministry of their choice. All that’s required to start is a gift of $20,000 or more (or a pledge of $20,000 or more, given within five years of creating the endowment).
